Spinach Artichoke and Brie Crepes with Sweet Honey Sauce
Breakfast or Snack Meal Prep: Granola, Strawberry, Blackberry, cinnamon parfait. Staying prepared is an important part of making sure you accomplish goals!
Ingredients:
- 1/2 cup nonfat Greek yogurt
- 1/3 cup strawberries and blackberries
- 1/3 cup flax granola
- cinnamon
Keep the yogurt and berries refrigerated. Do not refrigerate the granola.
Approx macros: 190 calories, 14g protein, 28g carbs (19g from granola), 3g fat. To increase protein content, mix with whey isolate protein.
